Find your balance, breathe deeply, and let your journey to wellness begin with us.

Where is Balance located?

Balance is nestled within the charming European Village at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit 106, Palm Coast, FL 32137.  Convenient parking is available in the main lot, making it easy to find your way to our studio.

How can I reserve a spot for a class at Balance?

Our classes have a maximum capacity of 12 students to ensure a quality experience. To secure your spot and avoid disappointment, we highly recommend pre-registering for classes through our Balance Palm Coast app or website (balancepalmcoast.com). Preregistration not only guarantees your place in the class but also streamlines the check-in process, making your visit more efficient and enjoyable. Your commitment to pre-registration is greatly appreciated!

Do you accept cash payments?

Cash payments for memberships or packages are not accepted. To complete payments and registration, all students are encouraged to use our convenient Balance Palm Coast app or visit here. This digital platform offers a seamless and secure way to manage your class registrations and payments.  Cash payments are accepted for single class drop-ins only. However, to ensure your spot – especially as class sizes are limited – we recommend securing your registration online or through the app.

What time should I arrive for my class?

Your arrival should be by the scheduled class start time. No late arrivals will be permitted entry. The door will be locked promptly at the scheduled class start time. If you arrive late and the door is locked, it will not be unlocked as it can disrupt the class. The fee for that class will be forfeited as a no-show fee.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to store your belongings and settle in.

What happens if I register for a class and can’t attend?

We completely understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected surprises our way. If you find yourself unable to attend a class you’ve registered for, we kindly request that you withdraw from the class at least 3 hours before its scheduled start time. This allows us to offer the spot to other students who may be waiting eagerly to join. Your thoughtful action not only creates a harmonious community but also ensures that every space is filled with positive energy.

What if I forget to withdraw from a class?

We understand that life gets busy and things can sometimes slip our minds — and we’re always here to support you on your journey. That said, if you’re unable to attend a class and do not withdraw at least 3 hours prior to its scheduled start time, and the class begins without your presence, your spot may go unused. In these cases:

  • If you’re using a class package, the class will be forfeited.

  • If you are a monthly membership holder, you will receive one free late cancel or no-show every 30 days.  Starting with your second late cancel or no-show in that 30-day period, a $5 fee will be applied to your account.

This policy helps us ensure fairness and allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. We encourage you to embody the yogic values of mindfulness and presence, both on and off the mat, and help us continue cultivating a space of trust, positivity, and balance.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we grow together. If you ever have questions or need support, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your well-being and experience at Balance are always our top priorities.

What should I bring to class?

Bring your own towel, mat, and water to stay comfortable and hydrated.

What is the clean-up policy after class?

Show love for our sacred space. After class, tidy up your area, including props, mat, and any sweat. We aim to leave the space as pristine as we found it.

Can I leave class early?

We ask that you commit to the full practice and avoid leaving class early, as our front door is locked during sessions.

What is the policy on shoes on the studio floor?

Our studio floor is a shoe-free zone. Please leave your shoes in our storage cubbies.

Where can I store my belongings during class?

You can store your belongings in a cubby in our cozy lobby. Doors are locked during all classes to ensure security.

What is the policy on cell phones and talking during class?

During class, we aim to keep the vibes tranquil. Please silence your cell phones and refrain from talking during the yoga session.

What is your Minor’s Policy?

At Balance, we welcome minors aged 15 and older to participate in many of our regular classes when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For the safety and well-being of all participants, a parent or guardian must complete and sign all required waiver documents on behalf of the minor before class begins.

We believe yoga can be a beautiful way to connect as a family, and we’re honored to support that experience on the mat.

We occasionally hold special pop-up sessions designed specifically for minors. Age ranges and any additional participation requirements for these pop-up classes will be clearly outlined in the class descriptions when available.

How can I connect with the instructors?

Our instructors are here for you. Feel free to reach out after class with any questions or concerns.
