Allison

A lifelong passion for movement and music began at age 8 with dance, setting the stage for a deep connection to the body’s natural rhythms. In 2010, Allison attended a yoga class in St. Augustine that sparked a new chapter—originally sought to strengthen breathwork for dance, it soon blossomed into a heart-opening, consistent yoga practice. Yoga revealed the magic of living a well-balanced life, both on and off the mat.

With a degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology, her background flows into work as a behavior therapist (ABA), helping children with developmental disabilities. Now working in the mental health field, Allison’s focus is on connecting youth with the support and counseling services they need.

Outside of the studio, you’ll find joy in the simple pleasures of life—whether it’s soaking up the sun at the beach, exploring nature on hikes, dancing at concerts, or spending time with loved ones.

Cat

Catharine ‘Cat’ has been dancing since 2006. After moving to Florida from New Jersey, she began Irish dance and continued to compete for many years. Then, after wanting to grow in the dance world she started training in ballet and jazz. Very quickly discovering, ballet was easily her favorite. Being in ballet for many years, going en pointe, she wants to continue her passion to now teach ballet.

Even though ballet has always been a favorite, she has competed and danced throughout her high school years on a dance team. With doing so, it lead her to many opportunities like dancing in the New Year’s Day parade in London, UK and competing at ESPN.

She is currently running a local book club with her best friend, running her social media, and teaching after school dance for kids. Now she is excited to continue her teaching through adult ballet!
