At Balance, movement takes many forms—from yoga, Pilates, and barre to restorative practices and specialty wellness experiences. Whatever brings you through our doors, you’ll find thoughtful instruction, a beautiful space, and a community that makes it easier to feel at home.

Our Story

Created from a Shared Love of Movement

Balance was founded by sisters-in-law Cristina Meyer and Diana Costa, brought together by a shared love of yoga, Pilates, barre, and the connection that can grow through movement.

They envisioned a studio that would feel beautiful but never intimidating—a place where people could build strength, find calm, try something new, and feel supported exactly where they are.

Today, Balance brings together weekly movement classes, restorative practices, private experiences, and thoughtfully planned events and workshops in the heart of Palm Coast’s European Village.

The Balance Experience

There’s More Than One Way to Feel Good

Some days call for energy and challenge. Others call for a slower pace and room to breathe. At Balance, you can strengthen your body through Pilates and barre, move with intention through yoga, settle into meditation or a restorative sound experience, or discover something new through one of our specialty experiences.

You don’t need to arrive with experience, flexibility, or a particular fitness level. Our instructors offer approachable guidance and encourage you to move in a way that feels right for you.

The Space

Designed to Help You Settle In

Natural elements, warm details, and an open, light-filled studio create a setting that feels peaceful without feeling precious. It’s a space where you can focus, move freely, and step away from the noise of the day for a little while.

Balance was designed to support many kinds of experiences—from energizing group classes to quiet restorative practices, workshops, and private gatherings.

Community

Beyond the Weekly Schedule

Balance is also a place to gather, connect, and explore. Our events and workshops introduce new forms of movement, rest, creativity, and personal well-being while bringing people together through shared experiences.

Whether you join us every week or come in for one meaningful event, there is space for you here.

Come to move, build strength, slow down, or try something you’ve never done before.
